The Lake At Heritage Point

The Lake at Heritage Pointe is the first development in a 850 acre planned community to the South of Calgary called Hamlet of Heritage Pointe. Located within the boundaries of the Municipal District of Foothills, home to the towns of Okotoks and High River to name a couple.

The Lake at Heritage Pointe itself is about 28 acres in size and is beautifully designed and landscaped, and it is topped off by the Lake House Community Centre. The defining difference in this community is the limited number of homes, only 488. This gives Heritage Pointe a very close knit, family feeling that the residents value and protect.

There is a great sense of peace and quiet in Heritage Pointe but activities are not far away. Next door is the Heritage Pointe Golf Course, as well as 3 other courses within 10 minutes for those of you who love chasing the little white ball. It is a very short drive to the Shawnessy Power Centre at the south end of Calgary or to the quaint historic shopping and eating of Olde Towne Okotoks. The Okotoks Dawgs baseball team is another great activity on a hot summer day. There a also a number of places within minutes to board and ride horses.
