Here is a new listing that I am happy to post in 110 3 AVENUE W in Cochrane.
My Greek Plate is one of Cochrane’s most beloved eating destinations. They have built a rock solid reputation for high quality Greek/Mediterranean cuisine, a warm friendly family atmosphere and great service.
The restaurant is well located in Downtown Cochrane, in a quaint standalone building with 14 parking stalls out back and lots of street parking. It is walking distance from Main Street, with 30 seats inside and 35 seats on the fantastic patio out front. They operate 7 days a week, but the hours could be expanded to include lunch mid week if you wanted to. This is a wonderfully funky little restaurant located on the very vibrant main street of Cochrane, Alberta. With some creative design initiative, you could turn this restaurant into just about any concept you could think of.
It has 53 seats inside and 24 on a fantastic patio that is VERY popular in the summer, the layout inside is really cool with a space to do private functions. The kitchen is small but efficient, with a small walk-in cooler and a fully vented line. The location is excellent, right on the main street, which is VERY popular with tourists in the summer.
On the weekends it is filled with people of all ages walking around, shopping and eating. With a population of 30,000 and a trading area population of 1,000,000, and this has been one of the fastest growing communities...

This is a beautiful full service restaurant in one Southern Alberta's nicest towns. Being very close to Calgary is a plus, not only do they have a great local clientele, they also have many regulars from Calgary. The Cowboy Trail draws tourists from all over the world to experience Alberta's Western lifestyle, and the summer traffic in Cochrane is very busy.
