A very well equipped restaurant in Okotoks that is just waiting for a buyer with ideas.

Here is a great space that is incredibly clean and well laid out, and has a private dining room for parties, catering events, weddings etc. The kitchen is large and very well maintained and equipped, definitely a cooks kitchen. The rest of the restaurant is very well maintained and there is lots of parking in the area.

It is currently operating with a Mediterranean theme but could easily be converted to Italian or something else. This is a good size space with tons of potential for an energetic owner with vision.
