In one of Alberta's fastest growing cities, and situated in the heart of a busy shopping centre is this newly renovated pub and family restaurant. Lots of parking is just the start of this great business, two separate rooms give you the ability to grow 2 different revenue bases. Family and casual dining in the one side with an emphasis on great service and casual comfort food that is targeted at the huge residential area that surrounds this mall. The Pub side is more focused on a fun sports minded crowd, with good music and fun times. The VLT's help to pay some of the bills too!

In talking to many of you this week, the number one emerging issue is stress. The rapid rate of change being imposed on us, our employees, suppliers and customers is unprecedented. The uncertainty regarding our health, both physical and financial, stemming from a dangerous virus racing around the globe is overwhelming many people.
The result is often emotional – anxiety, fear, and depression. This in turn impacts morale and mental health, both yours and everyone you work with – the ones working on-site, the ones working remotely and the ones now on EI waiting to come back.
They need your leadership. This is not the zombie apocalypse because we can do a lot to get this under control. Four things to consider:
Human beings are hard-wired to be social. Remember to reach out to a friend, colleague, employee, customer or supplier to see how they are doing (phone, text, facetime, video meetings, email even). There is no reason physical distancing needs to become human isolation.
Here are three resources to help you deal with stressed out employees, colleagues, suppliers and customers. More in the coming days:

Here is a new listing that I am happy to post at Rural Rocky View MD, Rural Rocky View County.
STUNNING ROCKY MOUNTAIN VIEWS. This land has been in the same family since 1936. Not very often does a property of this type come to market. This 90.36ac has one of the most spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains in the area, from the potential building site, you get a 180 degree panoramic view, it is absolutely breathtaking. The attached photo's don't do the view justice, you need to see it in person. We are happy to set up an appointment for you to come out and view this once in a lifetime opportunity to 90ac that is 16km to Calgary and 33 km from downtown.
Here is a new listing that I am happy to post at 64 7930 Bowness RD NW in Calgary.
Land, Bldg & Business for Sale – This has been a family owned Butcher & Retail Meat business for 50yrs, known for Old World European tradition, custom butchery and wild game processing for hunters. The 2000+/- sqft bldg has a 700sqft basement. In 2005 there was a full retro fit of the space including floor drains, plumbing, heating, natural gas, electrical, ducting, lighting, ventilation, flooring, roofing(insulation, tar & skin) refrigeration, compressors, evaporator coils, windows and more! The smokers have 50 yrs of smoke patina, not something you can find anywhere else in Calgary. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing butcher to expand or for a young Chef to start a great specialty business. So much history to leverage, and so much potential to build something unique that could service both the wholesale and retail consumer.
