I have sold a property at Listing # 158.

A very well equipped restaurant in Okotoks that is just waiting for a buyer with ideas.

Counterfeit Canadian Money in Calgary

I just wanted to send out a warning to my friends and clients about some counterfeit Canadian currency making the rounds out there. It looks VERY real, but has some distinct markings if you and your staff look closely.

The serial number is missing.

There is writing that states "Prank Use Only" and "For Motion Picture Use Only" on the bills.
