Pub’s in NW Calgary don’t come up very often, so this is a great opportunity. It is located in a neighbourhood strip mall with TONS of residential housing around it, making the true “neighbourhood pub”. They serve a great pizza and are able to do delivery as well. At 130 seats it is the perfect size, allowing you to do good volume, but not so big that it is hard to fill or hard to staff. There is a small patio out front for 24 people and the rent is very competitive with a good lease in place. They are a pub, but really focus on the food they serve, so it also has a bit of a restaurant feel as well.
