Pub’s in NW Calgary don’t come up very often, so this is a great opportunity. It is located in a neighbourhood strip mall with TONS of residential housing around it, making the true “neighbourhood pub”. They serve a great pizza and are able to do delivery as well. At 130 seats it is the perfect size, allowing you to do good volume, but not so big that it is hard to fill or hard to staff. There is a small patio out front for 24 people and the rent is very competitive with a good lease in place. They are a pub, but really focus on the food they serve, so it also has a bit of a restaurant feel as well. Counterfeit Canadian Money in Calgary

I just wanted to send out a warning to my friends and clients about some counterfeit Canadian currency making the rounds out there. It looks VERY real, but has some distinct markings if you and your staff look closely.

The serial number is missing.

There is writing that states "Prank Use Only" and "For Motion Picture Use Only" on the bills.
