Here is a new listing that I am happy to post in Calgary, Calgary. Pub’s in NW Calgary don’t come up very often, so this is a great opportunity. It is located in a neighbourhood strip mall with TONS of residential housing around it, making the true “neighbourhood pub”. They serve a great pizza and are able to do delivery as well. At 130 seats it is the perfect size, allowing you to do good volume, but not so big that it is hard to fill or hard to staff.
