This is a beautiful full service restaurant in one Southern Alberta’s nicest towns. Being very close to Calgary is a plus, not only do they have a great local clientele, they also have many regulars from Calgary. The Cowboy Trail draws tourists from all over the world to experience Alberta’s Western lifestyle, and the summer traffic in Cochrane is very busy.
The menu has something for everyone and the room could easily be modified to suit any type of cuisine or concept. There is a full basement with LOTS of storage, refrigeration and prep area, as well as a large office upstairs for the owner. The kitchen is large and capable of good volume, and the dining room is large and open with nice high ceilings, there are also some smaller areas that could be booked out for small parties.
